There are currently two types of appointments:

Medical Consultation
Includes a description of the patient’s chief complaint, or the reason medical care is being pursued. The chief complaint may include a list of symptoms. Next, a history is taken. The history includes items like the physical location of symptoms and their severity. It also identifies prior medical history and relevant family background. Physical examination may be comprehensive or limited to relevant regions of the body. All of this information leads to a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
Cost: $350

Follow Up Appointment
Provide an opportunity to put the treatment plan in place. Changes in health status and the success of intervention are evaluated. The frequency of follow up appointments will depend upon the severity of the medical condition and success of implementation of the treatment plan.

Duration: 50 minutes
Cost: $150
