AD was referred by a reflex sympathetic dystrophy support group. He had a lifelong history of pain including disk disease, RSD, ankylosing spondyllitis and fibromyalgia. At the time of his presentation he was actively seeing 16 doctors. He had a difficult childhood including torture by his father. As a result of many years of therapy with steroids his skin and hair had lost its color and he was albino like in appearance. We approached him with combined approach utilizing both acupuncture and TMS therapy. At the time of his discharge he was not completely symptom free, but he had no severe symptoms, was funtioning normally and was as thankful as a patient could possibly be.
